Frostpath Terms

These terms cover your use of Frostpath, a puzzle game by Tarracobytes. By playing the game, you agree to them. Our general terms apply too.

The game

Frostpath is an offline puzzle game. It requires no account, and your progress is stored only on your device — uninstalling the game removes it. Levels are generated on your device; nothing is sent anywhere.

The store

Frostpath is distributed through app stores, and the store's own terms apply alongside these.

Fair use

Play as much as you like. Don't disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the game or use it in ways the store prohibits.

No warranties

Frostpath is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above. Continued play means you accept the new terms.
